You can make cheap international calls from less than 1p a minute with our Paypal top-up service. You can use our service from any UK phone via an 02 or 03 access number which is charged at your service provider's standard national rate. If you have inclusive minutes to UK landlines, these can be utilized. Please note, by using our Paypal service, you are purchasing international calling credit.

Your purchase will be processed in a few minutes, you will receive a text to the mobile number you entered above once processed. This will contain the access number and a PIN.

To make a call from the mobile number you entered above

2. At the prompt enter the international number you wish to call starting with 00 followed by the country code


To make a call from any other phone
1. Dial 020 8497 8855
2. At the prompt enter the PIN you received in text message
3. Enter the international number starting with 00 followed by the country code 

By using this service you consent to the Terms and Conditions as follows:
You must have a PayPal account with more than £5 credit in it, and a UK mobile phone. Cost of topup will be charged at £5, £10, £15 or £20 via your PayPal account. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the requested topup amount will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new topup request will have to be made for a further topup. Topup monthly limit is £40. Credit will expire 90 days after the last topup was made. Cost of calls to the 02 or 03 access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your landline or mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 3 pence per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to changed without prior notice. Calls made to mobile destinations may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. A connection charge is charged for each call.
