Prices shown are in pence per minute for calling the Call Happy access numbers from a BT landline, prices and availability from other service providers may vary. It is the user's responsibility to confirm those rates before use. BT will charge a call setup fee, please contact BT for more details. Calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore we advise to replace the handset after a short period if your call is engaged or unanswered.

Terms and conditions
You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer's permission. This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 80876, 84459, 80077 or 67400 will be charged at £1.50, £3.00, £5.00 or £10.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged will be sent shortly thereafter. Monthly limit of top ups apply. Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made. Cost of calls to the 020 or 03 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. We will automatically top you up with £5.00 (original top-up £1.50, £3 or £5) or £10.00 (original £10 top-up) credit before your credit is about to run out. We will then charge your mobile with £5.00 or £10.00. To unsubscribe simply text STOP to 80077 at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe, calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword to 80077 will have to be made for a further top up. A connection charge equal to double the pence per minute rate for the relevant destination is charged on each call up to a maximum of 30 pence per call. Only one top up per day allowed from Orange, T-Mobile and Virgin networks)

Paypal Top-up Service
You must have a PayPal account with more than £5 credit in it, and a UK mobile phone. Cost of topup will be charged at £5 or £10 via your PayPal account. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the requested topup amount will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new topup request will have to be made for a further topup. Topup monthly limit is £40. Credit will expire 90 days after the last topup was made. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your landline or mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 1 pence per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to changed without prior notice. Calls made to mobile destinations may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. A connection charge equal to double the rate per minute for the relevant destination is charged on each call up to a maximum of 30 pence per call. When entering your destination, do not press the send key on your mobile again as this will route your call via your mobile service provider and they will charge you for the international call. We cannot accept responsibility for any charges made by your mobile provider.
