Instant Dial Access Numbers


Callers must ensure they have the bill payer's permission before using the service. Prices shown are in pence per minute for calling the Call Happy access numbers and are subject to your service provider's access charge. It is the user's responsibility to confirm those rates before use. Calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore we advise to replace the handset after a short period if your call is engaged or unanswered.

Premium SMS Top-up Service - 80041, 80550


Each call is charged at the per minute rate for the relevant country.

A connection charge equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country is also charged per call. Higher rates generally apply when calling international mobiles and premium rate numbers.

Call charges include VAT and are charged per minute, rounded to the nearest penny. An access charge is also charged for the call to our 0207 number at your service provider's standard rate or included in your call package. You must purchase the card through an active UK mobile. Maximum purchase of £30 per day per SIM card.

If you do not use our service to make a call or send a top up request in any 90 day period any unused Calling Credit will expire.

Standard SMS Top-up Service - 89905, 89910


You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer's permission.

This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 89905 or 89910 will be charged at £5.00 or £10.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the relevant amount will be sent shortly thereafter. Monthly limit of top-ups apply.

Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made. Cost of calls to the 03 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 5 pence per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list.

Top Up amounts are limited to £20 per day and £120 per month for each UK mobile number

Virgin media customers cannot top-up via text message. PINs will not be sent to Vodafone customers, who can only use the credit from the mobile the top-up was made from.

We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit if you are a user of the 89905 code, or with £10.00 credit if you are a user of the 89910 code before your calling credit is about to run out. We will then charge your mobile with £5.00 or £10.00. To opt out of the automatic top up, simply text STOP to 89905 or 89910 at any time. If you choose to opt out, calls will disconnect once the credit has finished and a new text request with keyword to 89905, or 89910 will have to be made for a further top-up. If you wish to opt in again to the automatic top up, simply text YES to 89905 or 89910 at any time.

A connection fee of 5p applies to each call.

Refunds for this service are available to unused credit only, for top ups of £5 and above.

Paypal Top-up Service


Obtain bill payer's permission before using the service. You must have a PayPal account or a valid debit or credit card with more than £5 credit in it, and a UK mobile phone. Cost of top-up will be charged at £5, £10, £15 or £20 via your PayPal account or debit or credit card. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the requested top-up amount will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new top-up request will have to be made for a further top-up. top-up monthly limit is £100. Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made.

Cost of calls to the 02 or 03 access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your landline or mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 5 pence per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Calls made to mobile destinations may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list.

Calls to our access numbers are charged by your service provider from the moment of connectionso we advise to hang up and try again if engaged. Call Happy will only charge once your call is connected.
