Use our top up services to call anywhere in the world. We offer 4 ways to top up and a UK access number which can be dialled as part of your standard calling plan from both landlines and mobiles.
You can top your phone up with international calling credit by text message, telephone, Paypal or a credit / debit card. Call Happy credit can be used from any landline or mobile*.
*If you send an SMS from Vodafone mobile to buy calling credit you can only use this credit from the same mobile.
To make a call
1. Top up by SMS, Paypal or telephone and wait for us to send you a confirmation text
2. Dial either 0344 545 0034 or 0800 619 1007
3. When you hear the voice prompt dial 00 followed by the full International number and #
IMPORTANT: Once you have dialled your international number, do NOT press the green send button on your mobile phone as this will cause the international call to go via your mobile service provider and they will charge you for the call. We will not accept responsibility for any charges incurred if this happens.

Top Up by Text Message
Add International calling credit to your mobile phone by sending us a text message. Within minutes you will receive confirmation that your request has been processed and you can make a call.
Text CALLHAPPY to 80777 for £5.00 calling credit
Text costs £5.00 plus one standard text message and will be charged by your mobile service provider
Text CALLHAPPY to 79279 for £10.00 calling credit (+ £1 free)
Text costs £10.00 plus one standard text message and will be charged by your mobile service provider
We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit if you are a user of the 80777 code or with £10.00 credit if you are a user of the 79279 code, before your calling credit is about to run out. To cancel Automatic Top-Up feature, text STOP at any time.
Terms and conditions
- Obtain bill payer's permission before using the service.
- Text to 89105 or 79279 will cost you £5.00 or £10.00 plus your standard mobile network rates and will be charged by your mobile service provider.
- Monthly top-up limit is £120.
- Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made.
- Calls to the 03 access number will be charged at your phone company's standard rate to a landline or can be used as part of your inclusive minutes.
- Cost of calls using the 0800 access number will incur a rate surcharge of 5 pence per minute.
- Calls are charged per minute.
- Virgin media customers can top-up online by PayPal but cannot top-up via text message.
- Vodafone customers must only use the service from the mobile which has been used to buy the international calling credit.
- Calls to our access number are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore we advise to replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
